If you’re thinking of selling your home, or you are an estate agency looking to make one of your clients happy, residential property photography is perfect for making your space look the best it can. With competition extremely high in the property market, this tool is invaluable in giving the wow factor that can secure a sale. Whether you own an old townhouse, or a new flat development, you are going to need professional property photography of both the interior of each room and of course the exterior architecture of the building itself. This will not only give potential buyers a sense of the rooms they will be staying in, but a fell of the environment the house will be in – an experience of their walk up to their brand-new space. - Pictures showing the front, back & any other flattering angles. - Pictures of all requested rooms of property. - Professional lighting & wide angle lenses used. - All images post processed using Adobe photographic software - All images available to view & download via our secure client galleries.
Cancellstion Policy
EVENTS CANCELLATIONS - Any client that cancels their reservation for event photography for any reason within 7 days of the event, or whose event is cancelled but had not notified us, will still be charged deposit and must pay a 25% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is based on the original quoted price or invoice, including any non refundable travel fees incurred. For events which we attend for free - There is a cancellation fee of £30. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE AND MUST BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS. PORTRAIT/STUDIO SESSION CANCELLATIONS - Any clients who fail who honour their reservation for their session by not showing up must still pay for the session fee. Clients who wish to cancel within 7 days of their session must pay a £30 cancellation fee. WEDDINGS CANCELLATIONS - Client has the right to cancel contract within 14 days of signing, after the 14 day cooling off period, if Client should cancel the Event for any reason, the booking fee will not be refunded. If Client cancels the Event within 12 months of the Event taking place, Client will be liable to pay the full invoice total, excluding album/artwork not yet ordered. To cancel this Contract, Client must notify Photographer verbally and also in writing. If Client wishes to change the Event date, Client must notify Photographer verbally and also in writing. Thereafter, if the Photographer is available for the desired new date, Photographer and Client will execute a new contract, and all monies paid will transfer to the new date. The new date must be within 6 months of the original date or the new contract will be subject to Photographer’s then current rates. If the Photographer is unavailable on the new date, the Contract will be cancelled and Client will be liable for full invoice total, excluding album/artwork not yet ordered. When you have expressed a desire to book in with me, a full contract will be sent over for you to digitally sign.
